• Purpose: Overview and introduction about municipal green buildings. Applicability to Branch Library Improvement Program.

• MOU between DPW and SFPL: 10 branch libraries in Planning and Design phases to be LEED Silver standard.

• 5 in planning are Bayview, Golden Gate Valley,

North Beach, Park and Presidio.

• 5 in design are Anza, Merced, Ortega, Parkside

and Visitacion Valley.
