Please be advised that your personal data in the scope determined herein shall be processed by Deloitte sp. z o.o. (with the registered office in Poland, Warsaw 00-133, at al. Jana Pawła II 22. Detailed information about the legal structure of Deloitte can be found here), acting as the controller (within the meaning of applicable personal data protection regulations) and the organizer of a competition: Green Frog Award (hereinafter referred to as: the Competition), in order to perform activities related to the organization, summary and communication regarding the Competition. Access to your personal data may be obtained by: authorized employees and representatives of the controller, employees and representatives of relevant Deloitte Central Europe member firms (whose details are available at the Competition website) acting as local coordinators of the Competition and employees and representatives of the processors (in particular, those providing services and IT system support to Deloitte).The above mentioned entities shall undertake appropriate personal data protection measures corresponding to current market standards, in line with instructions and policies of Deloitte Central Europe and with applicable law. Where the processing of personal data includes their transfer outside of the European Economic Area, the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission shall applied.The personal data shall be processed until the above mentioned purpose has been reached.The personal data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Deloitte, in particular the organization of the Competition.The processing of your personal data is voluntary, however, if you object to the personal data processing, you will not be able to enter the Competition. As the data subject, you shall have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing and to obtain a copy of your personal data. In order to execute these rights, please contact the appropriate local Competition coordinator indicated here. Furthermore, if you decide that your personal data are not processed in compliance with the law, you shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
