1. To act as a marketer/facilitator for a panel of

A target of 15,000 homes over 3 years requiring

£75m loan funding ( presume mean £5k/home)

DECC have announced:

£1m for training 1,000 early Green Deal Assessors

£2.5m with Construction Skills to train installers

and focussed on solid wall insulation

No need to hold surety bond against insolvency.

No need to provide independent conciliation

service

No need to provide warranties for entire repayment

period.
