    1. Our staff will not be wearing a white shirt or bow tie but they will be courteous, genuine and

    efficient!

    2. Your table will not be pre-set with cutlery and wine glasses but it will be “dressed” with a

    clean table cloth and will not wobble!

    3. Your chair will not be “designed in Italy” but it will be comfortable!

    4. The menu will not be “easy on the eye” but it will be easy to understand and will even have

    pictures to help you decide.

    5. We will not poor your wine into the glass but the wine will be in the right temperature.

    6. Your napkins will not be linen but they will be biodegradable.

    7. We will not bring water or bread unless you ask for it but we will not put it on the bill unless

    you ask for it either.

    8. Your salad with not be served in a wooden platter but it will be freshly cut “to order”.

    9. Your food will not be intricately decorated but it will taste great!

    10. Our desserts will not look “fancy” but they will be made in our own kitchen and will taste

    great!

    11. Our coffee machine did not cost 1500 euros but the coffee quality will make you think that

    it did.

    12. Our restrooms will not be huge but they will be spotlessly clean!

    13. Our pets will not be pedigree but they will be well behaved and cute!

    14. Your bill will not be “cheap” but it will be great value for money.
