    Scania is a leading manufacturer of trucks,busses, and industrial and marine engines.Today, the company has over 44 000 employeesaround the world and sales in over 100countries. As a goal, Scania wants to giveits customers the best profitability over theproduct’s lifecycle by delivering sustainabletransport solutions. As the world becomessmaller, the competition increases when itcomes to attracting, developing, and retainingthe market’s best employees. To maintain its position as an attractive employer, the company must be innovative and be in the forefront in terms of what they offer to their employees.

In a timewhen all is found on the Internet, it felt as ifprinted salary information, manual lists, andcomplicated Excel documents were outdatedand ineffective. With 11 000 employeesin Sweden, Scania searched for a partner who could help with the automation andcommunication of heavily administrative HRprocesses.
