Bacalah (wahai Muhammad) dengan nama Tuhanmu yang menciptakan(sekalian makhluk), Ia menciptakan manusia dari sebuku darah beku; Bacalah, dan Tuhanmu Yang Maha Pemurah, - Yang mengajar manusia melalui pena dan tulisan, - Ia mengajarkan manusia apa yang tidakdiketahuinya.

(Surah Al-Alaq: 1-5)

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: The Prophet said, "Convey (my teachings) to the people even if it were a single sentence, and tell others the stories of Bani Israel (which have been taught to you), for it is not sinful to do so. And whoever tells a lie on me intentionally, will surely take his place in the (Hell) Fire.“

Daripada Abdullah bin Amr:Rasulullah SAW bersabda, ”Sampaikan daripadaku walau satu ayat, dankhabarkanlah tentang Bani Israel (sepertimana yang telah diberitakan), tidakberdosa untuk berlaku sedemikian. Barangsiapa yang dengan sengajamembohongi ke atas namaku, tempatnya adalah Api (Neraka).”

O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

Wahai umat manusia! Sesungguhnya Kami telah menciptakan kamu darilelaki dan perempuan, dan Kami telah menjadikan kamu berbagai bangsadan bersuku puak, supaya kamu berkenal-kenalan (dan beramah mesraantara satu dengan yang lain). Sesungguhnya semulia-mulia kamu di sisiAllah ialah orang yang lebih taqwanya di antara kamu, (bukan yang lebihketurunan atau bangsanya). Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui, lagiMaha Mendalam PengetahuanNya (akan keadaan dan amalan kamu).

Whenever I felt depressed or thinks that I’m weak,

Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."

Allah tidak memberati seseorang melainkan apa yang terdaya olehnya. Iamendapat pahala kebaikan yang diusahakannya, dan ia juga menanggungdosa kejahatan yang diusahakannya. (Mereka berdoa dengan berkata): "WahaiTuhan kami! Janganlah Engkau mengirakan kami salah jika kami lupa ataukami tersalah. Wahai Tuhan kami ! Janganlah Engkau bebankan kepada kami bebanan yang berat sebagaimana yang telah Engkau bebankan kepada orang-orang yang terdahulu daripada kami. Wahai Tuhan kami! Janganlah Engkaupikulkan kepada kami apa yang kami tidak terdaya memikulnya. Dan maafkanlah kesalahan kami, serta ampunkanlah dosa kami, dan berilahrahmat kepada kami. Engkaulah Penolong kami; oleh itu, tolonglah kami untuk mencapai kemenangan terhadap kaum-kaum yang kafir".

Surah Al-Baqarah: 286
