About the Project:
Gray Routes Project Management group consults to several FORTUNE 500 firms in FMCG and e-‐Commerce space. We are seeking interns to work on translating clients’ business requirements into IT requirements and to get them executed as per the client’s requirements. This is a challenging role involving client requirement analysis, wireframe development, business analytics management and client presentations. The Project Management Interns will work closely with the CEO and Head of Project Management. Some travel to client site or working out of client site may be required.
Requirements:
A sharp Team-‐person with strong client interaction skills Excellent communicator and team player with strong creative skills Ability to proactively find solutions and drive initiatives to meet deadlines Data analytics and market research experience with knowledge of SPSS preferred MS Excel VBA macro-‐scripting experience strongly preferred VFX experience – Movie Maker, Adobe Photoshop or equivalent experience a plus MBA from top-‐tier B-‐schools and/or graduates from top-‐tier institutes with excellent academic credentials strongly preferred
Internship specific questions: Please share a project work/study/course work of relevance, solely created or with major contribution from you, which indicates your passion for and excellence in either: i) Business Analytics or Market Research ii) Business Process Automation using MS Excel VBA scripting iii) Publications or academic thesis prepared in the field of FMCG/retail, e-‐Commerce or transportation industries
Location: Mumbai, Delhi Work from home not an option Work will involve client visits and/or working out of client site

About the CEO
Soubhagya Sahoo, a multi-‐talented industry specialist and the creator of Gray Routes was the Sales Technology anchor for Hindustan Unilever Limited in his role as the National Project Manager in the Sales Center of Excellence at HUL Headquarters in Mumbai for 3 years. At HUL, he managed India’s finest Secondary Distribution Management System (DMS) and led the design and All-‐India rollout of the Shakti DMS mobile application which has revolutionized the rural distribution channel for HUL. A PGP 2010 alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and an Aditya-‐Birla Scholarship finalist there, Soubhagya has more than 10 international management or scholarly publications in international journals and conferences. Prior to his deep-‐dive into management, Soubhagya completed his B.Tech. in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and worked for 3 years with NVIDIA at Bangalore and US Headquarters, where he led ASIC design efforts on mobile chips and display units of industry-‐leading TESLA and TEGRA GPUs. Passionate about problem solving, Soubhagya also holds the distinction of being India’s first gold medallist in the International Chemistry Olympiad. In his leisure time, Soubhagya, a trained singer, loves to sing his favourite Bollywood numbers, catch the latest movies, cook up something gourmet or just drive off for a long drive with his family to another beach or hill destination.
