�is year, I had my own team at SKILLZ Street for the �rst time. For me, it feels good to be an example for students because I can teach them about values and morals. Having my own team means I can communicate with the girls more and better understand what they are going through. I can relate to them.

It feels good to be a female role model to the young girls at SKILLZ Street because they look up to me. �e most important thing to me is the di�erence that I’m making in their lives. �ey can to talk to me about anything, or come to

me for advice when they cannot talk to anyone at home. SKILLZ Street is all about giving girls a space to express themselves and to share ideas. What I like most about being a role model is that I also learn a lot from the girls.

�e best part about what I do is seeing the smiles I get from the BEAUTIFUL GIRLS at SKILLZ Street. When they tell me that I have their lives to make them healthier, it makes me feel like a friend or a SISTER to them, someone they really look up to. It is so rewarding and IMPACTS MY OWN LIFE for the better as well!
