1 Expand Graphite Braided Packing

Product Code: GD-1112Expand graphite braided packing, made of expanded graphite

yarn braids, is resistant to heat, chemicals, and tight in sealing. It

is widely used in the steam valves of power plant, or as static

sealing in places where high temperature and pressure,or

chemical corrosion(except concentrated sulphuric acid or strong

oxidizing agents)prevails.

Application:

Max.working temperature: 850(in non-oxidized atmosphere)

2 Carbonized Fiber Braided Packing

Product Code: GD-1210

The packing is manufactured in the following procedures:

polyacrylonitrile fiber is heated into carbonized fiber, which is woveninto packing after impregnation in PTFE dispersion containing

graphite particles. It is used as dynamic sealing in the presence of

media of weak acid or alkaline, or media that contain few grains of

solid particles.

3 Carbon Fiber Packing With Graphite

Product Code: GD-1316The packing is woven of strong carbon fiber after softening

treatment and impregnation with the mixture of fine graphite

powder, PTFE dispersion and lubricant. Being strong, static and

heat-conductive, It is widely used with revolving or reciprocating

pumps, where media of chemical corrosion and grains of particles

exist.

4 PTFE Braided Packing


The packing, made of raw film twists of pure PTFE dispersion

resins, is suitable for valves and pumps used in food processing,

pharmaceuticals, paper mills, fiber plants, where high purity and

corrosion resistance is required.

5 PTFE Braided Packing With Graphite


The packing is woven of graphite PTFE yarn twisted through a

mixture of PTFE dispersion resins and fine graphite powder plus

moderate amount of heat-resistant lubricant. Apart from its

corrosion resistance, it has thermal conductivity and

self-lubricating properties, and is suitable as dynamic sealing in

places where media flow at high linear velocity(about 16m/s).

6 Reinforced PTFE Braided Packing


The packing is reinforced with non-organic fiber PTFE raw film,

thus eliminating the cold flow property of PTFE and enhancing its

resistance to chemicals and weathering. It is widely used with

valves and revolving pumps for media of weal alkaline or strong

acid liquid so as to avoid contamination.

7 Reinforced PTFE/Graphite Braided Packing


The packing is made of corrosion-resistant and tensile fiber cords

that have been impregnated with the mixture of PTFE dispersion

and fine graphite powder. It is further impregnated withheat-resistant lubricant so as to be used more efficiently with

revolving pumps in water plant, where water contains

low-concentration particles.

8 PTFE Braided Packing Of Multi-Filament Yarn


The packing is made of pure PTFE fiber that have been

stretched and reinforced, then impregnated with PTFE

dispersion. It is applicable to various media owing to its high

tensile strength and low frictional properties. However, it is

recommended as dynamic sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 4m/s, for

PTFE is a substance with low heat conductivity and great thermal expansion coefficient.
