Design Brief: - This is a problem that needs solving.
Health and Safety DeclarationRisk Assessment
Before we start to manufacture and make the project in the classroom it is important to consider all the rules of health and safety ourselves and others In the room. We also need to consider the tools and equipment we will be using
Safety Rules:Do not mess around in the classroomDo not run in the classroomAlways pay attention to instructions and use tools and equipment
correctly.Always clean up after yourselves.
What do you do in case of an accident?
If you cut or hurt yourself –
If you spill anything –
If you damage any of the tools or your work –
If you see anybody in trouble or have an accident-
During this work you will be using different tools and equipment and it is important you concentrate on task in hand. Most accidents occur when people are not paying attention.
SIGN……………………… ………. DATE………………….
Marvel Worldwide, Inc, commonly referred to as Marvel Comics is an American company that publishes comic books and related media. Marvel's modern incarnation dates from 1961, the year that the company launched Fantastic Four and other superhero titles created by Stan Lee.
Marvel counts among its characters such well-known properties as Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, the Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Daredevil; antagonists such as the Green Goblin, Magneto, Doctor Doom, Galactus, and the Red Skull.
Marvel Comics has decided to employ a new superhero for the sequel to the film Avengers. However, such a person does not exist…yet.
You are to design a new superhero; he/she must not be like any other superhero that currently exists.
Marvel needs this new character to have a power that is currently missing from the original characters.
You are going to design the logo, costume and DVD for your Superhero.
(You should learn that before a superhero can join The Avengers - they should have established themselves in their own film first!)
