The design of this resort village will feature the preservation of natural areas, an 18-hole championship golf course and a 27-hole resort golf course; a 250-room resort hotel; a town square with a mix of retail and entertainment uses; and residential neigh- borhoods with a wide variety of house types, sizes and styles designed in the tradition of the most admired historic settle- ments in the region. The village will feature indigenous plants and landscape and will have an ongoing program of conservation and resto- ration of endangered plants as an integral component of the site management and development program. Neighborhoods are designed around a series of small parks and gardens, each overlooking the ocean, the golf course and the surrounding mountains. An extensive network of walking trails, streets, and sidewalks will connect residents and guests to the ame- nities, the ocean front, nature preserve and to each other. Gran Pacifica is a 2,200-acre development nestled in the hills along the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The design of this resort village will feature the preservation of natural areas, an 18-hole championship golf course and a 27-hole resort golf course; a 250-room resort hotel; a town square with a mix of retail and entertainment uses; and residential neigh-borhoods with a wide variety of house types, sizes and styles designed in the tradition of the most admired historic settle-ments in the region. The village will feature indigenous plants and landscape and will have an ongoing program of conservation and resto-ration of endangered plants as an integral component of the site management and development program. Neighborhoods are designed around a series of small parks and gardens, each overlooking the ocean, the golf course and the surrounding mountains. An extensive network of walking trails, streets, and sidewalks will connect residents and guests to the ame-nities, the ocean front, nature preserve and to each other.
