Informative Guest Speaker
Our thanks to Pam Walter, Crime Prevention Specialist with the Apple Valley Police Department for a very informative presentation on Identity Theft at last month’s
meeting. Members had several of their questions answered and everyone was given a booklet on what to do if your identity is stolen. For those who could not
attend, www.ftc.gov/idtheft is a very helpful website on the topic.

Culture of Life Corner by Terry McCall
In the wake of the March for Life in D.C. and in MN many pro-life people are re-energized and want to take action, but my not know where to go or what to do.
Here are a few suggestions.
Political – Tues Feb 6 is Caucus night in MN. Consider going and becoming a delegate to the next level (i.e. BPOU – Basic Political Operating Unit) and on to be a
state delegate. The caucus is just a meeting of our neighbors (i.e. Precinct) to discuss issues and select delegates. You can find out your precinct # and caucus
location here: http://caucusfinder.sos.state.mn.us/ We need pro-life delegates in all political parties.
Help Others Heal - People need to know that pro-lifers aren’t just about prevention; that we don’t condemn those who’ve succumbed to abortion. Know a
mother or father who has lost a child to abortion? Invite them to a Rachel’s Vineyard retreat weekend. It’s a Priests for Life ministry; www.RachelsVineyard.org.
