TAI CHI With slow movements as fluid as silk, the gentle Chinese practice of Tai Chi seems tailor-made for easing sore joints and muscles. Doctors recommend tai chi for people with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions because it improves flexibility and builds muscle strength gradually. ZUMBA Join the party and ditch the routine. Zumba is a great program that mixes aerobic exercise with a Latin dance steps. Zumba is sweeping the nation by storm and we are thrilled to offer it at our center. Our instructor, Misty, will offer a few free classes in August. Classes are held on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. WATERCOLOR Joe Green is off for the summer, but feel free to stop in for a drop-in class. The tables will be set up on Tuesdays for your painting lei-sure. We will not set up tables on Tuesday, August 19th. New classes will begin on Tuesday, September 9th from 9:30-11:30. Cost is $30 for a 4 week session.

ACRYLIC PAINTING Join Karla Cross on Thursdays at 10:00-12:00 for a wonderful acrylic painting class. Each week you will create a new project to take home. All materials are provided. Cost is $15 per class. Please sign up in advance for each class.

CARD GROUPS BRIDGE: We offer bridge (no partner needed) on Mondays at 12:00. We also offer bridge on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM (partner needed). Please sign up prior to attending. EUCHRE: Join our euchre players on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12:30.

PINOCHLE: Our pinochle group meets on Mondays and Tues days at 1:00.
