Activities: Presentation :Teacher recalls the pupils previous knowledge on grammar item nouns.Teacher shows a power point slide with list of words.Pupils are asked to identify nouns from the list.

Practice :Teacher divides the pupils in group.Teacher distributes reading text they have learnt to each group.Teacher asks the pupils to go through the text together.Pupils are asked to identify the nouns in the text.Pupils present the outcomes orally.Produce :Teacher distribute the task sheet to the pupils.Pupils fill in the blanks with the correct nouns based on the text.Teacher monitor their work.

This gives you a choice of different foods from which to choose a healthy diet. Following the Food Pyramid as a guide willhelp you get the right balance of nutritious foods within your calorie range.Studies show that we take in too many calories from foods and drinks high infat, sugar and salt, on the top shelf of the Food Pyramid. They provide very littleof the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs. Limiting these isessential for healthy eating.
