Contingency Plan

• Rain/Bad Weather: Tarpaulin cover to be on the safe side (The costing required is not included in the budget)

• Artist Sickness/ Absence: All artists will be instructed to notify at least 72 hours if they cannot perform

• Venue Change: In every location, we will keep a backup venue. If preferred venue is cancelled, the backup venue will be prepared with consultation with Star team

• Date Change: Despite of the possible volatile political situation, Friday’s are always safe option. Even if the dates need to be changed, we will keep a tentative booking on the next day

Contingency Plan

• All artist contracts should be made upon the consent of Grameenphone

• All payments would be made under Grameenphone’s supervision

• All venue making and dismantling would be made under Grameenphone safety law

• All kinds of preparation regarding fire and health safety would be kept

• In case, artists face any last moment problem with Visa, we will use our top management link and Ministry of Foreign Affairs link

Once the agency is finalized, confirmations and negotiations will be done with all the artists and

third party organizations. Based on the agreement a contingency plan will be developed then which will be more effective and efficient.
