What is Graffiti?
Graffiti (singular: graffito)- existed since ancient times.
Examples date back to Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, and the Roman Empire.
Writing or drawings that have been scribbled, scratched, or sprayed illicitly on a wall or other surface in a public place.
Ranges from simple written words to elaborate wall paintings and it has

In most countries, marking or painting property without the property owner's consent is considered defacement and vandalism, which is a punishable crime.
Graffiti may also express :underlying social and political messages

What are billboards?
Billboard -sometimes also called a hoarding in the UK and many other parts of the world is a large outdoor advertising structure (a billing board), typically found in high traffic areas such as alongside busy roads. present large advertisements to passing pedestrians and drivers.
Highly visible in the top designated market areas typically showing large, ostensibly witty slogans, and distinctive visuals, billboards

Bulletins : are the largest standard-size billboards. Located primarily on major highways, expressways or principal arterials they command high-density consumer exposure (mostly to vehicular traffic).
Their sizes afford greatest visibility. Also allow creative "customizing" through extensions and embellishments.

Mostly, graffiti’s drawbacks outweigh its benefits, due to them being dirty and being misused.
Billboards, on the other hand, are very useful, clean and informative.
