flats, semi detached, etc. the project cost is approximately $ 200 million, the revision was

done in 2015, the project will be sub divided in eight phases.

3. Prepare the full tender document for Twesehamwe project in 2015.

4. Prepare BoQs for warehouse in free zone for Zara investment in 2015. Annexure 13

5. Preparation of cost plan for KIBUYE Referral and teaching Hospital. @ around 54,000 M2

in 2014

6. Prepare cost plans, BoQs, schedule of materials and assist in budgeting formulation and

quality of construction materials for: Residential houses, apartments, Petrol station etc.
