Genesis 12:1-3 The Lord had said to Abram, "Leave your

country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will

show you. "I will make you into a great nation and I will

bless you; ...and all peoples on earth will be

blessed through you."

We enter into God’s promise by FAITH alone.

Genesis 15:6 Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him

as righteousness.

to him" were written not for him alone,

but also for us, to whom God will credit

righteousness--for us who believe in him who raised

Jesus our Lord from the dead.
