How does the

Green Guarantee work?

Old energy costs are calculated from data collected by GreenPLS and its

representatives from:

Wattage currently installed bulbs AC adjustments, if applicable Utility rates and appropriate taxes for the

jurisdiction Hours of operation of existing lights per day/year Life of existing bulbs Maintenance cost of existing lighting system Current costs of replacing existing bulbs Environmentally safe disposal of existing bulbs The number of bulbs needed for replacement

How are Savings Calculated?

Benefits of a Lease

•This is a physical walkthrough of the facility to determine the existing number of lights, types of light bulbs, and hours of use. This data can be gathered by GreenPLS, its representatives, or by the customer.

•The calculations made from the initial Snapshot are presented to the customer by either GreenPLS or its representative.

•When the customer accepts the preliminary Snapshot and wants to proceed towards earning a Green Guarantee, a business application is filled out.

•GreenPLS executes a commitment guaranteeing you both energy and dollar savings if you decide to go forward.

Commitment Letter

•Congratulations! Your funding has been approved. Now a comprehensive evaluation (audit) will be conducted to establish a baseline for your energy use.

Comprehensive Facility Evaluation

•The auditors who conducted the comprehensive evaluation will organize the data. Either GreenPLS or its representative will make a presentation to you.

Presentation of Facility Evaluation

•Our lease allows for full ownership at the end of the lease period, typically within five years. There are many advantages of a lease over traditional financing.

Signing of the lease

•GreenPLS makes every effort to meet the needs of the customer. We will install during a time that will cause the least amount of disruption to you.

Scheduling of installation of equipment and

ordering

•After installing the equipment at the agreed upon time, all excess packing materials, old lights, and other related trash will be disposed of according to environmental guidelines.

•This is the LAST step towards earning a Green Guarantee. With your company’s representative GreenPLS will inspect the installation. If all is a go then you have the best of warranties – a Green Guarantee!
