ORDER:

In the reference read above, the learned Advocate General, High Court of A.P.,

Hyderabad has opined that it is a fit case to prefer an appeal before the Supreme Court ofIndia, New Delhi against the orders of Honble High Court of Andhra Pradesh,dt.12.09.2013 in PIL No.28/2013 filed by Sri K.Padmanabhaiah, IAS., (Retd), Hyderabadand PIL No.38/2013 filed by United Forum for Rule of Law, Hyderabad, a societyregistered under the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001, Hyderabad.

2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of learned Advocate General,hereby decided to file a petition for leave to appeal before Honble Supreme Court ofIndia, New Delhi against the orders of High Court, dt.12.09.2013. Accordingly,Government hereby entrust the case to Sri D.Mahesh Babu, AOR for filing SLPs underinstruction from Government, before the Supreme Court. Sri D.Mahesh Babu, AOR isfurther permitted to engage the following senior Counsels in special leave to appear in

Supreme Court of India.

1. Sri Chandiok, ASG2. Sri L.Nageswara Rao, ASG

3. The Advocate-on Record, Supreme Court of India is requested to take necessaryaction accordingly.

4. The Special Officer, Advocate on Record, New Delhi is also directed to intimatethe stage of the case from time to time till it is disposed of and acknowledge the receipt ofthis order and its enclosures immediately.
