ABBREVATED TENDER NOTICE

Industrial Training Institute Kupwara intends to purchase different Machinery,

Tool & Equipments for Electrician, Welder, COPA, Mechanic Computer Hardware,

Draftsman Civil and Plumber Trades under reforms and improvement in vocational

training service rendered by the central and state government vocational training

improvement project.

Detailed terms and conditions of the tender are mentioned in the tender

document, which will be made available to the interested registered / reputed

manufactures and authorised dealers / suppliers against the payment of Rs 300.00 from

21-12-2012 to 09-01-2013 during office working hours at ITI Kupwara.

The tender document can also be downloaded from our official website

www.jkdte.org. The tender will be received back in the office of the undersigned before

10-01-2013 up-to 12 Noon. The tender will be opened on 12-01-2013 at 1.00pm in

presence of bidders / tenderers who wish to be present.

NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

For and on behalf of Governor of Jammu and Kashmir State, sealed tenders

duly affixed with Rs. 5/- revenue stamps are invited from the registered firms /

manufacturers and their authorised dealers for supply of machinery equipments for use

in ITI Kupwara under (Reforms and improvement vocational training services rendered

by the Central and State Government) Vocational Training and Improvement Project

credit No. IDA 4319-IN as per terms and conditions given below. The details of items

enclosed:

Terms and conditions:

1. Bidder / Tenderer shall have to produce sales tax / VAT clearance certificate

and latest income tax clearance certificate.

2. The successful bidder shall have to provide demonstration of various functions

of equipments were applicable to the identified officials of the institute at ITI

Kupwara.

3. Bid / Offer of any sub-standard item will be treated as rejection of the tender.

4. Offer shall be supported by relevant literature were felt necessary.

5. Rates should be quoted strictly inclusive of all taxes (VAT, Entry Tax, other

Taxes etc.)

6. The rates quoted should be FOR destination.

7. Each offer / Tender shall have accompanied with a call deposit (CDR / TDR) of

Rs. 3000.00 (Rupees Three Thousand only). The same will be returned in case of

un-successful tenders. No check / DD will be accepted in lie CDR. The condition

shall in no case be waived off except were machinery / equipments asked for

are exempted by the industries department of this State / National Small

Industries (NSIC) New Delhi.

8. The rates should be clearly quoted in both in words and in figures without any

cutting / erasing / correction ort over-writing.

9. Rates shall remain valid for a period of one year between 01-01-2013 to 31-12-

2013.

10. In-case of any doubt, dispute, differences arising between tenderer and

tendering authority regarding in co-corporation of any of the terms and

conditions of the NIT or any other matter related to right and responsibilities of

the parties. The same shall be referred to Director Technical Education J&K for

arbitration. His decision in the matter shall be final conclusive and binding upon

the parties.

11. The bidder / Tenderer should be sent either under sealed registered cover or

deposited in the office of the under signed before 10-01-2013 up-to 12 Noon.

Against the proper receipt on the working days only. In case last day being a

holiday the same shall be accepted on next day up-to 12 Noon. The tender will

be opened on 12-01-2013 at 01 PM

12. Tenderers who down load from our official website shall have to deposit an

amount of RS. 300.00 in the office of the under signed as the cost of the tender

document.

13. The tender must be complete in all respect.

14. Bidder / Tenderer should quote each item of the group.

15. In-case the successful bidder / tenderer fails to execute the supply of ordered

equipment in full, penalty @2% of the total cost of order shall be imposed upon

him / them.

16. In-case the ordered equipment is not supplied within the stipulated time

penalty will be imposed upon the defaulter and contract terminated.

17. At the time of procurement, if DGS&D rates are available for any of the item

the undersigned reserves the exclusive right to procure same on the rate

contract and exclude the item from the tenderer, in that case no tenderer has

any claim what-so-ever over the said item.

18. The quantity mentioned in the Annexure is subjected to minor variations

depending upon the actual requirement at the time of placing the order.

19. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or part

thereof without assigning any reason thereof.

20. The payment will be released after verification of the verification committee.
