Present: None for the petitioner. Mr. M. Atyab Siddiqui, Advocate for the non-applicant. Learned counsel for the non-applicant su--bmitted that they have

already filed reply with certain annexures, which is on record. Learned

counsel of the non-applicant submitted that the Commission has not

provided copy of complaints received by the various complainants.

Office is directed to supply copy of complaints received from the various

complainants and also communication from the Ministry of H.R.D.,

Government of India.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant submitted that after

receiving copy of complaints, he wants to file rejoinder also.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant further submitted that

Urdu Education Board has filed Writ Petition (C) No. 6578/2017 and

C.M. No. 27254/2017 before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and in this

Writ Petition Hon’ble High Court has passed the stay order that the

petitioner has impugned the communication dated 05.06.2017. The

contents of the aforenoted communication and the counter affidavit filed

by the respondent have been perused. Paragraph 3 of the aforenoted

communication is stayed till the next date of hearing i.e. 01.11.2018.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is

necessary to appoint counsel Mr. Sayad Abdul Haseeb in this case to

assist in this matter, who is already representing the Commission in

various courts. Mr. Sayad Abdul Haseeb is appointed in this case in the

head of free legal Aid. Office is directed to supply all relevant papers to

the learned counsel Mr. Sayad Abdul Haseeb for representing the case.

In the interest of justice, it is also directed that original file of this

Commission by which a minority status certificate was granted to the

Urdu Education Board be tagged with the record of this case.
