Final seniority list of substantive Tehs ildars as it stood on 15.05.2014.
MEMORNDUM
The promotionl regularization to the posts of Tehsildars were made by the
Government vide Notification No. Rev. A (B)1-1/93-XIII dated 18.07.2014 on the recommendations
of review DPC Meeting held in the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
2. The tentative seniority list of Tehsildars on the basis of recommendations of HPPSC,
indicating the position as it stood on 15.5.2014 was circulated vide this department memo dated
15.5.2014 for information and calling for objections and suggestions, if any, from the concerned
officers. The objectionsl representations received from the aggrieved officers against the same
have been considered and corrections wherever necessary under Rule have been made. Now, the
final seniority list of Tehsildars as it stood on 15.5.2014 is hereby circulated for information of all
concerned officers.
3. Now representations , except any clerical mistake/error/ omission , if any, which may
be brought to the notice of the undersigned within 30 days from the date of issue of this final
seniority list will be entertained.
4. This seniority list is subject to final outcome in CWP No. 2181/10 (OA No. 1202/08)
Bhajna Nand Vs State and others, CWP No.1329/2008-Jyoti Gupta & others versus State of HP,
CWP No. 68/2009 titled as Vikas Sood Vs State, CWP No.(T) 6129/08 in OA No. 2365/99 titled as
Arun Kumar Bhardwaj Vs State, CWP No. 72312005 titled as Lalit Kumar Vs State and CMP No.
2592/2008 , 2593/2008 in CWP-T 2775/2008 titled as Vinay Modi Versus State and other petitions
pending for adjudications in the Hon'ble High Court on the issue of seniority.
