"1. That she violated the orders dated 24.04.2009 of the Directorateby not allowing Sh. Dilawar Singh to join his duties in Govt. GirlsSenior Secondary School, Rohtak.

That she defied the orders dated 19.0$.2009 of the Directorateand dated 01.05.2009 and 22.05.2009 of the District EducationOfficer Rohtak, regarding implementation of adjustment orders ofSh. Dilawar Singh, Accountancy and Auditing Instructor and Sh.Sanjay Kumar Officer Secretary-Ship English Instructor.

That she failed to comply with the orders dated 26.05.2009 ofthe Commissioner and Director General School Education,Haryana, Chandigarh regarding adjustment of Sh. Dilawar Singhand Sh. Sanjay Kumar in Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School,Rohtak.

In this way, she had shown lack of responsibility anddevotion to duty and acted in a manner which is unbecoming ofGovernment officer of her status and thereby contravened theprovisions of Rule 3.1(i), (ii) and (iii) of the Government Employees(Conduct) Rules, 1966."She replied to the said chargesheet on 16.02.2010. Finding her

reply as unsatisfactory, Sh. 0. P. Gupta, District Judge (Retd.) has beenappointed as regular Inquiry Officer vide order dated 19.04.2010 and hevide his report dated 07.01.2011 did not prove the charges levelled
