Motor Vehicles Act
Compensation Contributions
I, David William Tollner, Treasurer, under section 47(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, declare, for the class of vehicle or plate described in the Schedule, the amount stated opposite is the amount of compensation contributions payable for any of the following from 1 July 2014:
(a) the grant or renewal of the registration of a motor vehicle;
(b) the grant or renewal of a pastoral vehicle permit;
(c) the grant of an exemption from registration of a visiting motor vehicle under section 8A of the Act;
(d) the grant of a licence under section 137 of the Act;
(e) the issuing of a trader's plate;
(f) an application for registration or re-registration under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 (Cth) of a motor vehicle or trailer.

Oral Health Services: Declaration of Places, Approval of Scheduled Substance Treatment Protocols and Conditions for Dental Therapist, Dental
Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist Supplying Unrestricted Schedule 4 Substance
(a) I, Steven Jaye Skov, Chief Health Officer:
(i) under section 252 of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare each health centre or clinic specified in Schedule A to be a place to which Part 2.6 of the Act applies; and
(ii) under section 254(1) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, approve each protocol specified in Schedule B for possessing, supplying or administering a Scheduled substance for each declared place specified in Schedule A (Scheduled substance treatment protocol); and
(iii) under section 249 of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare the following conditions for a dental therapist, dental hygienist or oral health therapist (approved dental practitioner) to possess or administer each unrestricted Schedule 4 substance specified in Schedule C:
(A) the approved dental practitioner must possess or administer the unrestricted Schedule 4 substances in accordance with each Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B;
(B) the approved dental practitioner must possess or administer the unrestricted Schedule 4 substances only at the places specified in Schedule A or at places identified in each Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B;
(C) the approved dental practitioner must only possess or administer the unrestricted Schedule 4 substances in the course of the approved dental practitioner’s duties;

Community Health Clinics, Department of Health: Revocation of Notice and Declaration of Places, Approval of Scheduled Substance Treatment Protocols and Approval for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners to
Deal with Schedule 4 or 8 Substances
(a) I, Steven Jaye Skov, Chief Health Officer:
(i) under sections 252, 254(1) and 250(1)(b) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, revoke the notice entitled Community Health Clinics, Department of health: Declaration of Places, Approval of Scheduled substance treatment protocols and Approval for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners to deal with Schedule 4 or 8 substances dated 30th April 2014 and published in Gazette No S24 of 1 May 2014; and
(ii) under section 252 of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare each health centre or clinic specified in Schedule A to be a place to which Part 2.6 of the Act applies; and
(iii) under section 254(1) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, approve each protocol specified in Schedule B for possessing, supplying or administering a Scheduled substance for each declared place specified in Schedule A (Scheduled substance treatment protocol); and
(iv) under section 250(1)(b) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare each Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioner to be an approved ATSI health practitioner to deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances specified in Schedule C in accordance with the Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B subject to the following conditions:
(A) the approved ATSI health practitioner must only deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances at the places specified in Schedule A or at places identified in each Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B;
(B) the approved ATSI health practitioner must only deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances in the course of the approved practitioner’s duties.

Treatment Protocols and Approval for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners to Deal with Schedule 4 or 8 Substances
(a) I, Steven Jaye Skov, Chief Health Officer:
(i) under sections 252, 254(1) and 250(1)(b) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, revoke the notice entitled Community Health Clinics, Non Government Organisations: Declaration of Places, Approval of Scheduled substance treatment protocols and Approval for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioners to deal with Schedule 4 or 8 substances dated 30th April 2014 and published in Gazette No S24 of 1 May 2014; and
(ii) under section 252 of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare each health centre or clinic specified in Schedule A to be a place to which Part 2.6 of the Act applies; and
(iii) under section 254(1) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, approve each protocol specified in Schedule B for possessing, supplying or administering a Scheduled substance for each declared place specified in Schedule A (Scheduled substance treatment protocol); and
(iv) under section 250(1)(b) of the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act, and with reference to section 42 of the Interpretation Act, declare each Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health practitioner to be an approved ATSI health practitioner to deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances specified in Schedule C in accordance with the Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B subject to the following conditions:
(A) the approved ATSI health practitioner must only deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances at the places specified in Schedule A or at places identified in each Scheduled substance treatment protocol specified in Schedule B;
(B) the approved ATSI health practitioner must only deal with the Schedule 4 or 8 substances in the course of the approved practitioner’s duties.

Northern Territory, I have approved the naming of Riverside Street
located in the Town of Southport; and
(b) the location of the street is as indicated on Compiled Plan 5477, which

Appointment of Officers
I, Stephen Hugh Gelding, the Competent Authority:
(a) under section 23(1) of the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and
Rail (National uniform Legislation) Act and with reference to
section 44(1) of the Interpretation Act, terminate all appointments of
authorised officers in force immediately before the date of this
instrument; and
(b) under section 23(1) of the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and
Rail (National uniform Legislation) Act, appoint the people named in the
Schedule to be authorised officers and exercise the powers under:
a) sections 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48,
49, 50, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 62, 63, 64, 65, 86, 88, 90, 93, 95, 96
and 99 of the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail
(National uniform Legislation) Act; and
b) regulation 232 of the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and
Rail (National uniform Legislation) Regulations.
The power to amend a notice pursuant to sections 88 and 96 is restricted to
minor amendments:
(i) for clarification; or
(ii) to correct errors or references; or
(iii) to reflect changes of address or other circumstances.

Fisheries Regulations
Timor Reef Fishery Licence Levies And Demersal Fishery Licence Levies
I, Ian Arthur Curnow, Director of Fisheries, as the delegate of the Northern
Territory Fisheries Joint Authority:
(a) under regulations 208A(1) and 208B(1) of the Fisheries Regulations and
with reference to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, revoke the
following notices dated 27 May 2013 and published in Gazette No. G23
of 5 June 2013:
(i) "Timor Reef Fishery Licence Levies";
(ii) "Demersal Fishery Licence Levies"; and
(b) under regulation 208A(1) of the Fisheries Regulations, prescribe the
following levies to be paid by the holder of a Timor Reef Fishery licence
on application for renewal of the licence:
(i) $0.07 for each fishery unit for goldband snapper attached to the
licence;
(ii) $0.009 for each fishery unit for red snapper attached to the
licence;
(iii) $0.025 for each fishery unit for grouped fish attached to the
licence; and
(c) under regulation 208B(1) of the Regulations, prescribe the following
levies to be paid by the holder of a Demersal Fishery licence on
application for renewal of the licence:
(i) $0.065 for each fishery unit for goldband snapper attached to the
licence;
(ii) $0.038 for each fishery unit for red snapper attached to the
licence;
