Objective

Basic Rules• Team-2 teams of 6 players• Winner-team who scores the most points• Time-3-8 minute periods• Start Game-with a center face-off• Offense-spread out and pass or shoot the puck• Defense-guard man to man• Any player can stop the puck in mid-air with their hand (but cannot

hold, pass, or throw)• Goal keeper-can catch or throw the puck to the side • Penalty-pushing, tripping, kicking, slashing, stick checking, body

checking (lose possession)• Out of bounds-awarded possession to the nearest player to the

puck• Boundaries-stand anywhere between the sidelines and the endline

except attacking players cannot enter the crease around the goal (lose possession)
