WHAT IS GOOGLE ? Google is search

engine It is invented by Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

It is invented in September 4th, 1998.

WHY WE USE GOOGLE TRICKS ?

Sometimes we are searching on google any type of file like docx,pdf or ppt. We can not find out specific type of file by using normal search method. But if we search that files by using tricks which provided by google then it will be easy for us.

Google help us to find that things which are need in day to day life by using google tricks.

Some tricks are provided by google that are only for prank or for fun.

GOOGLE TRICKS 1. GOOGLE SSL (SECURE SOCKET

LAYER):- This is new and beta feature from google.

Google SSL is secure connection between your computer and Google server.

The main advantage of this service is, your search visits doesn't leave any referrer links to the visited URL.

One more good feature of Google SSL is, you can speak and it types it for you.

2. GOOGLE AS DICTIONARY :- Google search can be used as your fast access dictionary. Questions can be asked to Google, for

example "what is Google". Syntax: define:<word>

ORwhat is <word>

3. GOOGLE AS CALCULATOR:- Google Search can recognize numbers and mathematical operators to perform calculation on the search bar.

4. FIND FILETYPE WITH GOOGLE SEARCH:- Internet has various types of files uploaded all over, like .pdf, .doc, .ppt, .pptx and so on. It is

possible to list only a particular type of files on Google Search.

Syntax :- filetype:ppt (For Powerpoint

Presentation) filetype:pdf (For PDF files) filetype:doc (For Documents)

5. GOOGLE TIME IN SEARCH:- This feature is a real time display of the current time throughout the world. Syntax :- time:<city_name/country_name>

6. GOOGLE MAP WITH JUST TWO WORDS:- We can find out any place on google maps by using “map” keyword.

Syntax :-

map:<city_name/country_name>

7. GOOGLE AS CURRENCY CONVERTER:- Google help to convert currency from USD to INR and any other.

Syntax :- <Number> Currency-to-

Convert to <Converted-Currency>

8. GOOGLE AS WEATHER FORECAST:- Check the weather of particular city by using google .

Syntax :-

weather:<city_name/country_name>

9. SEARCH TEXT IN THE CONTENT:- To search a particular "Text" or "Keyword" or "Phrase" in the content of a website and not in the title, you can use

Syntax :- intext:<keyword >

10. SEARCH MP3 OF

SINGER/ARTIST/ALBUM/SONG. :- Download any mp3 song fastly by using this keyword

Syntax :- ?intitle:index.of? mp3 name

of song

11. SEARCH TEXT IN THE TITLE:- To search a particular "Text" or "Phrase" in the title of search result

Syntax :- intitle:<phrase>

12. ALL THE GOOGLE LOGOS IN ONE PAGE BY GOOGLE :- Find out logo of any company on google
