GOODS TO BE SOLD AT CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE, KILINDINI
Public Auction3rd and 17th January 2018
PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 42 of the East African Community Customs Management Act, notice was given that unless goods published in the Kenya Gazette notice numbers 11042 of 10th November 2017 & 11583 of 24th November 2017 are entered and removed from the custody of the Customs Warehouse Keeper, Kilindini Mombasa within 30 days of the respective gazette notices, the goods therein will be deemed abandoned and will be sold by public Auction.
The Auctions of these goods will take place on 3rd January 2018 and on the 17th January 2018.
Interested buyers are encouraged to view the goods at Customs Warehouse and in the respective release stations on the dates published in the gazette notices. Copies of the gazette notices can be downloaded from the following links;
