Since after two month of their marriage his daughter subjected to torture physically and mentally by her husband and other in-laws and created pressure to bring dowry demand Rs.50000/- from my house. On protecting husband and in-laws threatened and assaulted her and always kept her starvation for their demanding dowry. The torture so increased day by day lastly due to unbearable torture, daughter of the complainant Tapashi Modak bounded to commit suicide by swallowing poison today on 13.08.14 at her father in-laws house. D.O. On 27.10.2011 at 19:30 hrs.
On 28.10.11 at 16:25 hrs received a written complaint from Suchitra Mondal w/o Laldhari Mondal of Jurapani
Salbari Station PS DPG against Md. Anarul Miah s/o Gufor Miah of 9 Mile PS Falakata to the effect that the accused person after deceiving by Hindu name as Bijoy Barman married Sabita Barman, daughter of Complt 2yrs ago and they have one girl child. After knowing the actual identity of the accused the daughter of complt refused to stay with him and the complt brought her daughter in her home. On 27-10-11 at 19:30 hrs the accused person entered in the house of the complt and assaulted the daughter of complt with sharp cutting weapon causing grievous injury on her person and fled away. IO SI.T. K. Guha. Attempts are being made to arrest the accused persons but fail.
The 2nd I.O. SI Subrata Goon is taking initiation to arrest the accused who was absconded since after the
occurrence. He engaged good source and finally after 4 years he able to identify the place where he concealed himself and arrested the accused on 26.09.2015. On remand period and leading to his statement he also recovered the offence weapon from bush near Railway Line.

On 21.07.2015 at 18.55 hrs received a written complaint from Dhiraj Adhikary (TATA project Ltd. BSF road, Salugara, Siliguri, to the effect that on 20.07.15, when they went for patrolling found that 800 mtr. Of conductor wire stolen and 10 pcs of Spacer was damaged at village Madhya Boragari PS Dhupguri by unknown miscreant / miscreants.
During investigation the IO SI Subrata Goon able to identify the thieves and arrested (1) Netai Sarkar S/O Patit Paban Sarkar of Paschim Magurmari, PS Dhupguri, Dist. Jalpaiguri (2) Subodh Roy S/O Lt. Bhabananda Roy of Mill Para, Ward No. 4, PS Dhupguri, Dist. Jalpaiguri (3) Subhash Roy S/O Lt. Bhabananda Roy of Mill Para, Ward No. 4, PS Dhupguri, Dist. Jalpaiguri (4) Rabin Roy S/O Lt. Monmohan Roy of Mill Para, Ward No. 4, PS Dhupguri, Dist. Jalpaiguri on 22.08.2015. During Police Remand the IO able to recover the 130 Mtrs Conductor from the possession of accused. After completion of investigation the IO Submitted Charge Sheet No. 430/15 Dt. 30.09.2015 U/S 379/427 IPC Adding Section 411 IPC. Recovered Stolen Articles: 130 mtrs. On 04.08.2015 at 19.05 received a written complaint from Sailen Chandra Roy, Chairman, Dhupguri Municipality, to the effect that on 01.08.15 at night any time some unknown miscreants stolen away 30 nos of ceiling fan of Marriage Hall at ward no. 10 under Dhupguri PS. I.O SI B. S Negi.
During investigation the IO SI B. S. Negi able to fix up the thieves and arrested (1) Dipak Das @ Fatik S/O Amullya Das of BDO Office Para, Dhupguri (2) Ananda Shil S/O Dhirendra Nath Shil of Ward No. 09, PS Dhupguri on 04.09.2015 and during Police Custody the IO able to recover the Stolen Articles from the possession of accused. After completion of investigation the IO submitted Charge Sheet vide No. 402/15 dt. 28.09.2015 U/S 461/379 IPC Adding Section 411 IPC.

On 19.08.2015 at 22.10 hrs received a written complaint from Dhaniram Roy S/O Lt. Upen Roy of Purba Magurmari, PS-Dhupguri Dist-Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 18.08.15 at 21.30 hrs, one Jaidul Islam S/O Lt. Amiruddin of Paschim Magurmari(Paikar Para) PS-Dhupguri and two others stolen away two packets rice and some cash from the grocery shop of the complainant at Purba Magurmari. I.O ASI Sankar Roy. In course of investigation the IO fix up the accused and arrested (1) Jahidul Islam S/O Amiruddin of Paschim Magurmari, Paikar Para, PS Dhupguri, Dist. Jalpaiguri and recovered the stolen article from the possession of accused. After completion of investigation the IO submitted charge sheet vide No. 409/15 Dt. 30.09.15 U/S 461/379/411 IPC.

On 13.09.2015 at 11.15 received a written complaint from Ajan Dey S/O Lt. Suresh Ch. Dey of Madhya Para, PS-Dhupguri Dist-Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 10.09.15 he along with his family members went to Guwahati and when he return on 13.09.15 he found that some unknown miscreants stolen away cash of rupees twenty thousand, three vory gold and two mobile phones from his shop styled as Puja Medical, Madhya Para, PS Dhupguri, they also damaged some furniture. During investigation the IO ASI Sankar Roy able to fix up the culprit and arrested one Swapan Mazumdar S/O Lt. Akhil Mazumdar of VIP More, 141 Kamat Changrabandha, PS – Mekhliganj, Dist. Cooch Behar. On Police Remand he is able to recover the stolen Mobile Set from his possession. Investigation

On 27.09.2015 at 08.45 hrs received a written complaint from Shyamali Das W/O Abinash Das of Barogharia (Ashrampara), PS-Dhupguri Dist-Jalpaiguri against Bhabesh Das S/O Suren Das of same locality to the effect that on 13.08.15 at 22.00 hrs, the accused person entered into the house in absence of her husband who use to work at Kerala, raped her against her will, when she raised protest, the accused tried to strangulate her. On 07.12.2015 at 10.35 hrs received a written complaint from Smt. Rita Ghosh W/O Dulal Ghosh of Bairatiguri, Bhawalpara, ward No.01, PS-Dhupguri Dist-Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 05.12.15 complainant received telephonic information from two unknown mobile numbers that her husband was detained by them, they will release him if she deposit 04(four) lacks rupees in their account, her husband is a potato seed businessman and he went to Punjab on 29.11.15. After receiving the verbal information from Smt Rita Ghosh on the night of 06.12.2015 I contacted with DG
