Lionel Train Set

Here is an opportunity to go back in time! Local model train expert, Ralph Hicks, has donated a post-war Lionel train with an engine that has been refurbished to run beautifully. 9Cajun Bayou Gumbo Dinner for 8

Did you know that gumbo originated in the 18th century? It makes use of ingredients and cooking practices that are international. 17Asian Dinner for 14 Guests

Bob Bryan has an extensive background in Asian cooking, having been a sous chef in a Thai restaurant in Atlanta, travelled extensively in Asia and taught a Thai cooking course. This feast, to be held in Bob’s home, will be auctioned for 14 people. The exciting typical menu will be prepared with all fresh meats, fish, poultry and vegetables. In the past such delicacies as Malaysian Peanut BBQ Rib Meat, Thai Masaman Peanut Shrimp, Chinese Eggplant with Garlic, Stir-fried Snow Peas with Chive Flowers have been on the menu. Freshness and seasonable availability will influence the menu. You will think you have been transported to the Far East!
