Architect Gene Hamm designed a fun course that can be easily played in a three
to four hour time period, a fact sure to bring a smile to even the most impatient
golfer’s face. At Azalea Sands each holes has a newness of it’s own. Th position of
the course’s fairways and green-side bunkers make it especially “player friendly”.
This is because Azalea Sands is one of the few courses that has NO homes, condos
or backyards to impede the progress of your game.
Amenities: Golf Shop, Snack Bar, Practice Area
Since 1968, Beachwood Golf Club has offered players of all skill levels some of the
most challenging — and fun — golfing in North Myrtle Beach. Our beautifully
designed 18-hole championship course, the inspired plan of renowned architect
Gene Hamm, is unchanged entering our 45th year in operation. No houses, no
condos. Just 180 perfectly manicured acres of sparkling lakes, towering Carolina
pines and brilliant floral displays, including azaleas and crepe myrtles. And we’re

1 Golf Insider - Myrtle Beach Fall / Winter 2012
The 18-Hole Course with the Grand Strand’s Toughest Final Three. Built in 1971 and reno-vated from the tees to the greens, along with the clubhouse, in 2001. It’s beautifully surrounded by a Carolina pine forest that shelters dozens of bird species, which present a musical backdrop for all golf games. Hearty cypress trees emerge like line-backers from freshwater ponds and wispy willow trees sway in the gentle breezes, creating natural challenges and obstacles. The gentle contours and generous playing areas are the ingredients for a pleasant round.Kick back and relax after your round be sure to take advantage daily specials, in the 19th hole Lounge. The octagonal-shaped lounge offers an enviable vantage point of the course to reflect on the days round.

Taking its place alongside the award-winning Heathland and Moorland courses, Parkland is quickly establishing itself as the most exciting new course in Myrtle Beach. Offering distinct contrasts to the first two Legends courses, Park-land demonstrates the diversity and beauty of the natural terrain with contoured, tree-lined fair-ways, vast natural areas, deep-faced bunkers and massive, multi-level greens.
Opened for play in October 1992, Parkland is modeled after the style of architects Alister MacKenzie, (Augusta National) and George Thomas (Riviera Country Club).
Playing the unforgettably chall- enging fairway and green-side bunkering requires a deft touch off the tee and on the approach. From tee to green, strategy will be the order of the day on this stunning, par-72 playing field.

The SHAFT is WHERE it’s ATRecently you have heard in the
news how Tiger and Phil love their new drivers... what they really like is the new shaft on their drivers. The driver head provides the loft to your drives, it’s the shaft that gives you the control and distance.
BlackOps shafts are made of the highest quality carbon available. By using the highest grade of Japanese graph-ite, 4000 Ton (T) graphite, versus the filler composites that most manufactures use, we have set the highest standard for quality.
So if you are happy with your existing driver but want more distance and control, re-shaft it for less than buying that latest new driver head.
BlackOps has a 100% guarantee that is not offered by anyone else in the industry. We will exchange your shaft if you are not fitted properly, at no additional cost
to you. This secures your buying power and enables you to get the
EXACT shaft to fit your needs.
*Please contact us within 30 days if you are unsatisfied.

Now available at both Myrtle Beach locations.
BlackOps also offers accessories. For a limited time we will donate to the
Folds of Honor Foundation, $3 for the purchase of any hat or headcover and
$10 for any shaft purchase.
A complimentary club head adapter provided with each BlackOps shaft
purchase. Available in all makes and models. A $45 value!
