The Gray Matters Brain Cancer Foundation was formed in 2010to raise public awareness of brain cancers, leading to earlier diagnosis’ and to fund targeted research with the goal of ultimately finding a cure. We plan to meet this goal in two ways:

RaisinG PuBliC awaRenessEducate the public regarding the symptoms of the

disease, and current treatment options. It is our goal

that by increasing awareness, people afflicted with

this disease will receive earlier diagnosis and in turn,

achieve a better chance of survival.

ReseaRCh FundinGProvide funding to researchers working toward finding

a breakthrough in brain cancer diagnosis & treatment,

which will lead to a cure. We believe that research needs

to be “targeted” to provide the best opportunity for finding

a cure. We realize that the medical community needs to

better understand the causes of brain tumors, in order

to determine possible preventative measures and discover

new and improved treatment options, including both

mainstream and integrative medicines. We will support

health care professionals who are dedicated to these

areas of research.
