2) Warming up with stretches before and after swinging will prevent sprain on your muscles.

4) Taking a practice swing will help prepare your muscle for when you take your big swings.

5) Limit the weight of your golf bag to no more than 10% of your body weight

6) Bending your knees and hips when lifting heavy clubs distributes the weight throughout the body
