EXPLORING DIFFERENTLY
➢ Select, explore and develop preferably open pit projects where good access, proximity
to infrastructure and ease of permitting are key to low capital expenditures and
operating costs
➢ Build an exploration strategy in underexplored areas within an active greenstone belt,
focusing on detailed prospecting and structural mapping to quickly define drill targets
USING BEST PRACTICES
➢ Adopt a “hands-on” approach with a dedicated technical team of geologists and mining
engineers
➢ Respect the environment, maintain strong stakeholder relationships and hold people
responsible
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 4
CAOPATINA BELT – HOME OF RECENT DISCOVERIES
➢ Nelligan – a 3.2 million ounce of gold resource announced (Iamgold/Vanstar) in 2019
● Gold is in quartz veins and disseminated
➢ Fenton – latest resource statement in 2018 showed continuity at depth
ANCTIL AND NEMENJICHE PROPERTIES OFFER A NEW OPPORTUNITY
➢ 73 claims optioned from Tectonic and 65 claims staked by Goldstar, totaling 138 claims
➢ Historical evidence of gold
● Sediments largely untested for a total of over 6 km strike
● Historical work confirmed presence of both high grade and disseminated gold in drill
core and showings
COST EFFECTIVE EXPLORATION DUE TO LOCATION
➢ Chibougamau-mining friendly
➢ Near infrastructure
➢ Targeting near surface mineralization

ANNOUNCED 43-101 COMPLIANT RESOURCE IN OCTOBER 2019
➢ Open pit constrained 3.2 million ounces, mostly inferred
● 96,990,000 averaging 1.02 g Au/t
➢ Renard Zone discovery – 3 years to drill 56,000 m from discovery to resource
➢ Preliminary metallurgy test show potential of 92% recovery
➢ 2 types of mineralization
● Quartz sulfide vein type
● Zones of disseminated pyrite
➢ Within structural corridor possibly associated with the Guercheville Deformation Zone
and the Druillettes Syncline
(source Iamgold News release October 22, 2019)

Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 10
Assay results are historical and not 43-101 compliant
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 11
➢ Consists of 66 claims for a total of 37 km2 adjacent to SOQUEM to the south
➢ Transected by the Druillettes syncline and within the Guercheville Deformation Corridor
➢ It covers a small surface expression of a syenite intrusion discovered by drilling in 1987
➢ May comprise the possible extension of the 3 km wide Fenton corridor to the north
➢ In contact with a late stage monzodiorite intrusive on its western edge
➢ Limited drilling in 1987 and 1993 of only 21 short holes for 2,852 m
➢ Within 500 m of the syenite, many gold values have been intersected (not 43-101)
● 36.07 g/t Au over 0.90 m near contact syenite-volcanics
● 0.29 g/t Au over 13.8 m in the syenite
● 5 intersections greater than 1.0 g/t Au over 0.30 m in the volcanics
➢ Two types of mineralization found
● Quartz sulfide vein type
● Zones of disseminated pyrite
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 12
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 13
➢ Ubiquitous presence of graphite in the sediments limits the usefulness of geophysics,
especially for locating conductors
➢ Preliminary observations suggest a high outcrop density in a mostly unexplored property
area
➢ A high-priority target zone of 5 km2 was defined, encompassing the Druillettes syncline,
the inferred Fenton corridor and the syenite:
● Detailed outcrop sampling over 25 m grid line spacing
● Thorough structural measurements
● Emphasis on the metamorphic grade, indicating proximity to an intrusive body
● Soil sampling to be considered in lower outcrop density areas
➢ Good access to simplify logistics and speed up prospecting execution time
➢ The high-priority target zone to be expanded and/or modified according to field work
preliminary results
➢ Considering a second priority area on the Property’s western edge
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 14
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 15
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 16
➢ Consists of 72 claims for a total of 40 km2, 15 km east of the Vanstar/Iamgold Nelligan
gold deposit
➢ Early stage project with no historical drilling in a higher grade metamorphic
environment
➢ Transected by the Druillettes syncline
➢ Similar magnetic signature to the Nelligan deposit
➢ Multi gram grab sample (5.82 g/t Au – not 43-101) found in the area confirms the
potential for gold
➢ A high-priority target zone of 6 km2 comprising the Druillettes syncline
➢ Initial exploration effort focused on detailed prospecting and systematic outcrop
sampling
➢ Exploration program size subject to available funds and progress on the Anctil Property
Exploring the Caopatina - December 2019 17
