Golden Touch Investments has been founded by Mr. Manish Purwar. Mr. Purwar did M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and worked with fortune 500 companies for 16 years at senior management positions before starting this company. Mr. Purwar worked in USA for 6 years and has wide range of international work experience. Mr. Purwar vision is to create most customer centric company in real estate industry. Mr. Purwar is well connected with corporate and HNI/NRI community.
GENERAL BUSINESS ACTIVITIESGolden Touch Investments has been established as a real estate consulting company in Gurgaon. Our business model is based on recommending properties which are completely safe for the investments and has a great future for the end user in terms of the quality of living within the project and amenities and facilities in the surrounding areas. We do a lot of due diligence like track record of builders before recommending it to our customers. There is a great need for ethical, honest, transparent, customer centric companies to deal with real estate transactions in Delhi NCR region. These are rare qualities for real estate agents now a days. We believe in giving our honest opinion about the properties rather than just selling any properties to our esteemed clients.
Golden Touch Investments helps all of its customers from booking of the property, doing all the necessary paper work like builder buyer agreement, home loan approvals, selecting right payment plan and allocating the unit number based on the individual need of the customers.
