Barry Miller, CEO

Barry Miller is an entrepreneur and strategist with a deep understanding of public markets gained over a 20 year career that has included participation as a broker, consultant, and financier. Mr. Miller’s impressive background in the North American financial industry, and extensive contacts therein, will be invaluable in driving the future sustained growth of Golden Tiger Minerals.

David Bending, President

Exploration geologist and executive. 35 years of successful metals exploration, development and production experience. 22 years with major mining companies (Rio Tinto Canadian Exploration, Texasgulf Inc, Homestake Mining Company) including senior management functions and international business development. Extensive experience in Canada, Mexico, the U.S., Peru, Brasil, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and the Guyanas. Active in Guyana since 1996, with focus on the Marudi Mountain Project since 2006. Secured Mining License for Marudi in 2008. Sardine Hill discovery in 2009/10. Committed to focus with Mahdia Gold on Omai Project with transition October 2010 to role as President and Director September 2010. Maintains consulting business as Gold Exploration Management Services Inc. (A Nevada Corporation). Extensive research, M and A and exploration work in tropical (lateritic) environments in the Americas, Africa and Australia. Actively pursuing gold, iron, pgm and polymetallic targets.

David DuPre, Independent Consulting Geologist

Mr. DuPre is a professional geologist with 40+ years in mining and petroleum exploration. As a geologist, he has been involved in mining projects ranging from target generation, property acquisition, exploration, assessment and development, throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. The major discoveries he has helped discover include Eskay Creek Gold and Silver (valued at $6.4 Billion), and Stratmat in New Brunswick (a lead, silver and zinc property valued at $1.4 Billion). Mr. DuPre is the founder and president of Keewatin Engineering, and exploration firm employing over 70 people worldwide.

Dasha Duba, VP Exploration

Ms. Duba is a geologist with over 30 years of mineral exploration experience. She graduated with a M Sc. in Geology in 1982 from McGill University. She has been involved with projects ranging from grass-roots prospect evaluation to advanced pre-feasibility/feasibility project development, program design, planning and organization in Canada, western USA, Europe and South America. Ms. Duba has worked for several mining companies including Terrane Metals, Happy Creek Minerals and Rubicon Minerals.

David Mark, Director

David Mark graduated as a geophysicist in 1968 from the University of British Columbia and immediately embarked on a career that has now spanned over 43 years. Upon completing his education, Mr. Mark began working for Geotronics Surveys, a mining exploration company primarily involved in geophysics, eventually being elevated to a leadership role in 1970. Since that time, he has amassed extensive international employment and management experience including overseeing projects in Canada, USA, Mexico, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. His extensive geophysics experience has included induced polarization (IP), resistivity, seismic refraction, seismic reflection, gravity, self-potential, ground penetrating radar (GPR) as well as ground and airborne magnetics, electromagnetics, and radiometrics. Mr. Mark is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.).

Bruce Korhonen, Director

A seasoned business executive with almost 2 decades of extensive experience in investor and institutional relationship development. His service to various North American and European publicly traded companies has resulted in his repeated presentations to fund managers, analysts and institutional investors in Geneva, Zurich, London, New York, San Francisco, Toronto and Vancouver. These relationships have enabled him to consistently increase fund and institutional ownership. Well versed in the structures and implementation of flow-through, private placement and seed capital financing techniques that have resulted in successful initial public offerings (IPO). Past companies include Ascenta Capital Partners, Candente Resources (DNT-TSX), Mirasol Resources (MRZ-TSXV) and Allied International Credit. Bruce’s global relationships permit him to be on the forefront of new global investment opportunities and ventures.
