3-way chat!

Designate time each day for Facebook and other social media outlets. Your posts can easily lead to starting a 3-way chat between your

Sponsor, your potential customer or potential Ambassador, and you.

Starting a 3-way chatWhen a friend or potential comment on one of your Plexus posts, move the conversation to a private chat. This will give you a better

opportunity to share Plexus without a long thread of comments in the post. As you reach out to your friend, bring in your Sponsor to help

lead the conversation.

You may simply message your friend and say something like:

“Hey [NAME]! I just saw your question about Plexus and wanted to reach out to you through a private message to chat more. I just joined

Plexus myself and love this company. Let me pull in my friend, [NAME], who told me about Plexus to answer your question. She’s super

savvy in all things Plexus.”

“Hey! Thank you for your comment on my post. I wanted to take a moment to chat with you and o� er more information on the exciting

opportunity I just joined! I’m going to pull my friend, [NAME], into our chat to share more on Plexus and answer any questions you

may have.”

“Hi [NAME]! Yes! I am falling in love with Plexus products and would love for you to try Slim. It is my go-to drink. Plus, it’s helping me lose

those extra pounds. Let me introduce you to my friend, [NAME], who can share more about the benefi ts of Slim.”*

Building your confi dence to shareIf you are new to Plexus®, it can be intimidating to answer questions and comments. 3-way chats are a great way to learn from your Sponsor

and help build your confi dence with sharing Plexus products and the Opportunity.

As you become more confi dent in talking about Plexus, you will be able to pour more support into your team and become a pro at leading

3-way chats to help your Level 1s and Level 2s. Your passion and excitement for Plexus products will fi re up your team and inspire their

potentials and newbies!

Activity: 1. Post a compliant status update on Facebook.

TIP: Ask your Sponsor for an example post if you need help or revisit “Start Sharing” in the “Road to Silver” training.

2. Check with your Sponsor to set up a 3-way chat with one of your potentials.

3. Reach out to your friend who commented on your post and bring them into the 3-way chat.
