    Once a boy named Hennery lived in a small village near the Sunderban forests. One

    day while he was returning from his school he rethought over what his teacher had

    taught him that day. “I don’t agree with the fact that man is the best creation of the

    almighty. Just look at the birds ying in the sky they can y in the vast blue sky andgo wherever they wish like! Oh! I wish I were a bird." he #ondered and walked down

    to his home...

    $e%t morning when he woke u# he was sur#rised to &nd himself in a bird’s nest on a

    treeto#. 'he following moment he reali(ed he had become a bird! He s#read hiswings and lea#ed in the soft bree(e. )lying in the sky he found a &eld where ri#e

    corn was swaying with the bree(e. He landed on one of the cro# and started

    munching. Soon the owner came with a stick and Hennery had to y away*

    On ying a little he wished to be a rat now as he thought ying was too tiring and

    he had also seen rats eating grains in the storehouse. +s he said" I wish I were arat!" his wings disa##eared and he fell to the ground. He was a rat now! ,ut little

    did he know how miserable was it running for hours to save his life from the cats.

    He soon reali(ed that rat was a #etty animal and now wished to be the largest

    animal*

    -hen he said “I wish I were an ele#hant!" he turned into an enormous and mighty

    ele#hant. How ha##y was he! He roamed in the ungle with #ride as all the animals

    were scared of his si(e. He then decided to march towards the village where the

    humans resided. He wanted to tease them and take revenge*

    On creating mess in the &eld Hennery and the other ele#hants were beaten with

    huge sticks. 'rum#ets were blown and drums were beaten. 'his all frightened the

    ele#hants and they had to run back to the forest. Hennery thought “/lever humans

    aren’t afraid of such huge animal also there must be some animal whom they are

    scared of."

    On his way he found a rabbit who asked the reason behind Hennery’s

    disa##ointment. Hennery told him everything that had ha##ened. 'he rabbit

    listened keenly and re#lied “0ear friend according to me wolf is the best animal to

    be. He eats u# whomsoever he wishes like and all the animals and even humans arescared of him!" as soon as the rabbit &nished s#eaking Hennery said “I wish I were

    a wolf!"

    $ow being a wolf he would chase all the animals and even kill them. He would scare

    the humans also and enoyed seeing them running away from him. He was now

    #owerful enough to steal food from humans. )ew humans even o1ered him their

    folks and other belongings. He was living the best #art of his life*

    ,ut soon he reali(ed that no one wanted to even face him. 2veryone started hating

    him. His old friends would run away if he ever a##roached them. $ow he had no

    friends and was so lonely that he used to wee# for hours sitting alone. He

    understood that god is a wonderful creator and human his best creation*

    He now wished to be a boy again. He said wi#ing his tears “I wish I were a boy".

    +nd 3o! He was a boy again. He danced around in the village #laying and laughing

    with his friends. He had learnt a lesson of his life that each of the creation of god

    has diverse 4ualities both bad and good but one should be contented with whateverthey have.
