One year experience is superior to ten year study. So that practical knowledge is always better, because is to teach how to adapt from hypothetical variation. The present environment of business is surging and heading toward globalization and achieving such objectives but so many kinds of problems is arising in there. Which is not meant in the books, therefore practical knowledge for every student is necessary. For a good management student it is necessary to know how many kind of problem is come in virtually, so that the department of institute set a summer training program. Every organization needs a certain amount of fund for day to day operation this fund as known as cash flow. Therefore every organization needs a good cash flow management for their success. In sufficient of more than enough or more than enough cash flow is effect the any organization in same manner, every organization need to estimate adequate cash flow for preventing themselves from the problem that have been arising from more of less cash flow than need d than demand. For estimating a adequate cash flow every organization appoint few specialist. The management of cash flow is not easy as looking so that it is a typical job which need more practice.

THEORITICAL ASPECT

RESEARCH METHODOLOGYIntroduction: Research is the process of systematic and in-depth study or search for any particular topic, subject or area of investigation, backed by collection, compilation, presentation and interpretation of relevant details or data. Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. It may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically.

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

1) To compare the duties, responsibilities and demands of a job with that of other jobs. 2) To determine the hierarchy and place of various jobs in an organization. 3) To determine the ranks or grades of various jobs. 4) To ensure fair and equitable wages on the basis of relative worth or value of jobs. In other words equal wages are fixed to the jobs of equal worth or value.

Methods of data collection: Primary Data Secondary Data

1. Primary Source: The primary data comprises information survey of Godrej Company . The data has been collected directly from respondent with the help of structured questionnaires.1. Secondary Source: The secondary data was collected from internet, References from Library.

Data Analysis:The data is analyzed on the basis of suitable tables by using mathematical techniques. The technique that I have used is bar technique. RESEARCH METHOD:Research design, sample design, data collection, data analysis and limitations of the study. The research is conducted to collect the needed information and develop a research plan. That is following :-

Exploratory research:- An exploratory research focuses on the discovery of ideas and is generally based on Primary data.

The research approach:Survey Method

The respondents:The employees of the organization.

Sampling:It is the process of selecting representative subset of a total population for obtaining data for the study of the whole population the subset is known as sample. The sample size is selected for the study 100 employees. The techniques of sampling unit in this study are convenience sampling.

Questionnaire:The questionnaire is prepared in such a way that is correct the comprehensive objectives of the study. Open end, multiple choice of questionnaire adopted in this research.

Period of study: The time period of the study is 45 days.
