The Question: why it’s so hard to implement logical changes

in to organization?

• Guru’s answer - because you do not have a Vision.

• My hypothesis - because you have an Archetype!

My hypothesis:An Archetype is not allowing

Top Management to create the Right Vision!

If my hypothesis is right, then an Archetypes will be in

opposite with Laws of Nature.

5

Can it be possible that the Universe and Business, the

World created by a wise God and the Organization created

by an initiative Human, the Laws of Physics and traits of

organizational management . . . have so

many similarities?

6

Physics dictates the beginning: the number of the forms of matter is limited. Additionally matter is the

same everywhere, and its laws are universal. Lets prove!

The Universe and Business have many similarities in structure and laws. The stars in the sky and the companies on earth are scattered very widely and unevenly.

Global company - h u g e s y s t e m s o f c o m p a n i e s a n d partners which are interconnected or have a gravitational centre which is the business-in-common.

Galaxy is a huge system of stars and matter amid the stars, its members

connected by a gravitational interaction.

8

Global companies are very similar to galaxies.

8

Page 9: God, Physics,Management Part I

A galaxy whirls around its own centre, and what connects it – an invisible wheel of spheres consisting of dark matter. Scientists says it is a peculiar sort of cosmic glue interconnecting everything. 9

On the other hand, it is always interesting to mull over, around what global companies circulates and what is the “green” glue holding it together?

The solar system and a company, large for the scope of its country, are also similar not only because both revolve around their own galactic centre but because they attract the smaller celestial bodies – the planets, asteroids, comets and so forth. Looking from such an angle, we will be able to see the entire, acting Solar system as a large regional company which has

larger or smaller galactic bodies of business revolving around it.

11

Certain planets, just like companies, have conditions that are more or less applicable to the development of life.

Moon. Might be akin to a distant branch of a company that has no independence but is constantly bombarded by competing firms and sporadic radio signals from main office.

12

Page 13: God, Physics,Management Part I

Meteorite. A fast, hot and constantly burning meteorite is similar to a Consultant leaving a greater or lesser crater in the company, which he consulted.

13

13

Page 14: God, Physics,Management Part I

Comet. A bright, distant and shining comet is similar to a Lecturer flying across the sky, lighting up the surface of the planet with the light of wisdom but, unfortunately, only for a short time.

When galaxies merge, it feels the same as if two global companies had

merged.

15

Page 16: God, Physics,Management Part I

When galaxies merge, it feels the same as if two global companies had

merged.• When two or more galaxies collide, their merger can occur.

The friction between the gasses and dust cause an upheaval of unimaginable cataclysms while discharging gigantic vibrations of energy and numerous stars and planets outwardly. The result of a merger depends on many parameters.

• As large companies merge, entire businesses are discharged into the market, cumbersome structures are reorganised and thousands of workers are redundant. Negative emotions predominate, because only a small part of mergers occur successfully. Numerous regulations limit global mergers, and they happen especially rarely. It is probably unnecessary even to explain why at this point.

Is an organization spherical or pyramidical?

That’s where the essence of the question lies!
