Because God loves us so much, He made a way for us to be forgiven.

Hi, kids!

My name is Albert Brainstein.I want to talk to you aboutsome very importantquestions. As we look at theanswers, you will see someBible verses listed (they are inparentheses). Look up eachverse in the Bible so that youcan see what God says.

Here is our first question . . .

42

Page 14: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

43

How do we know that God exists?

We can't see Him or touch Him. (Read John 1:18.)

But you can know for sure thatGod exists.

Let me tell you how.

Page 15: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

Here is a famous painting.

44

How do you knowthat there was apainter?

Page 16: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

45

You don't need to see the painter or touch him to knowthat he exists. You can know for sure that there was apainter because you can see the painting!

The painting is proofthat there was apainter. Paintings don'tpaint themselves.

46

Here is creation.

How do we know that thereis a God who created it?

Page 18: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

Creation is proof that there is a Creator.(Read Romans 1:20.)Creation couldn't happen without a Creator.

You don't need to see God or touch Him to know that Heexists. You can knowfor sure that therewas a Creatorbecause you can seeHis creation!

When we admirecreation, we are really admiring theCreator, God.

58

Here is anothergood question . . .

Who made God?

Here is the answer to this question: Nobody.Nobody made God because He just always existed. God didn't have a beginning.

Page 20: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

59

The fact that God didn't have a beginning sounds strangeto us because we live in “time.” God lives in “eternity.”Eternity means living forever and ever and ever. This factis hard to understand, but it is true. Read these versesthat tell us about God being eternal.

Psalm 90:2

Isaiah 57:15

Revelation 10:6

Page 21: God Loves the World - Living Waters Publicationsassets.livingwaters.com/images/140/WOTM_for_Kids_sample_pages.… · “Love Me with all your heart.” No matter how hard we try,

60

Can you count to amillion? If you could, you would not evenbegin to count theamount of time ineternity. Eternity is likea ring. It goes aroundin a circle without abeginning or an end. That's how God is.

We are like a short piece of string. We have a beginning (wewere born) and we will have an ending (we will die one day). But because God has no beginning and no end, He can ruleover all creation with no problem. Take a minute to tell Godhow wonderful He is for being eternal!
