Action TeamsAction Teams

• Action teams will consist of ten to twelve members including staff, administrators, parents, community members and HS students.

• Qualifications for team membership include interest in providing input and a working knowledge of the plan.

• Each team will be assigned co-leaders who will organize a schedule, facilitate the work, and bring a draft action plan to the Steering Committee for review.

Action PlansAction Plans

• Developed for each of the nine strategies that should ensure that the strategy will be accomplished successfully.

• Implemented over the five year life of the Strategic Plan and must remain flexible based upon emerging needs or conditions.

• Are subject to modification by the administration that is, in most cases, charged with their implementation.

• Will begin in the summer and be completed in the fall, so that implementation can begin during the winter 2009-10.
