Should service be required by reason of any defect or malfunction during the warranty period, SDI Technologies Inc. will repair, or at its discretion, replace this product without charge (except for a $6.00 charge for handling, packing, return UPS/postage and insurance) subject to verification of the defect or malfunction, upon delivery of this product to the Factory Service Center listed below, with proof of the date of purchase. Before returning this product for service, replace the batteries (if applicable) with fresh ones, because exhausted or defective batteries are the most common cause of problems encountered. If service is stilt required: 1. Remove batteries (if applicable) and pack unit in a well padded, heavy corrugated box. 2. Enclose a photocopy of your sales receipt, credit card statement or other proof of the date of purchase. 3. Also enclose a check or money order payable to the order of SDI Technologies Inc., for the sum of $6.00. 4. Send the unit prepaid to the Factory Service Center listed below. NOTE: This warranty is valid only if the product is used forthe purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover (i) products which have been damaged by negligence, misuse or accident or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons (ii) cracked or broken cabinets of units damaged by excessive heat (iii) damage to tape cassettes (if applicable) (iv) the cost of shipping this product to the Factory Service Center and its return to you. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America and does not extend to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are also limited to one year, and SDI Technologies Inc. will not be liable for consequential damages. Voice Alarm Selector Switch

Playing the NFL™ Voice Messages • Press the Team logo button to play the 12 different

NFL™ voice messages. Each time the button is depressed a new message can be heard.

Setting the Temperature, Clock Time and Calendar • Press the SET button once to enter the setting mode,

the temperature reading inside the square frame on the lower right corner of display flashes.

• Press either the UP or DOWN button to select Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature display.

• Press the SET button once to continue for the settings of Clock Time and Calendar.

NOTE: You may exit to the currect time display at any time by simply pressing the MODE button once.

• If the SET button is pressed, the 12/24 hour display will be displayed and flashing . Press either the UP or DOWN button to select the desired hour display.

NOTE: If 12 hour display is selected, A M or P M indicator will appear on the left of the time on current time display.

• Press the SET button once, the temperature display will change to Seconds display and flashes. Press either the UP or DOWN button to reset the second to "00".

• Press the SET button again, the ciock will be displayed with Hour digit flashing. Press and hold the UP or DOWN button until the correct hour is displayed. Make sure the correct AM or PM is displayed.

• Press the SET button once, the Minute digit flashes. Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button until the correct time is displayed.

NOTE: You may exit to the current time display at any time by simply pressing the MODE button once.

• To set the Calendar press the SET button once, the Year digit flashes. Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button to set the correct year.

NOTE: The monthly calendar will be displayed to the year selected accordingly on the display.

• Press the SET button once to set the month, the Month digit flashes. Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button to set the correct month.

• Press the SET button again, the Date digit flashes. Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button to set the correct date.

• Press the MODE button once to return to the current clock display.

NOTE: Under the current time display mode, press the UP or DOWN button will display the next or last's month calendar respectively. Press the MODE button once to return to the current time display.

Setting the Alarm Time • Press the MODE button once, the "ALARM" indicator

will be appearing on the display to indicate the Alarm setting mode.

• Press the SET button once, the alarm hour display flashes. Press and hold either the UP or DOWN button to set the desired alarm hour.

• Press the SET button again, the alarm minute display flashes. Press and hold the UP or DOWN button until the desired alarm time displayed.

• Press the MODE button twice to return to the current clock time display.

Waking to NFL™ Voice Alarm • Set the VOICE A L A R M slide switch to your favorite

wake up alarm message. Poistion #1: "He's going all the way" with air horn, Position #2: "Oh myTWhat a play touch down" and Position #3: just the sound of the air horn alone.

• Press the MODE button once to enter the alarm time display mode.

• Set the alarm time as mentioned above if necessary. • Press either UP or DOWN button until an alarm icon

(bell symbol) appear on the display indicating the alarm function is on. Press the MODE button until the "ALARM" indicator disappears. The alarm is now set to come on automatically at the alarm time selected.

NOTE: The alarm will sound for approximately 1 minute and then shut off automatically. This cycle will repeat every 24 hours unless the controls are changed.

• To shut off the alarm, press any of the four buttons or team logo button.

• To stop alarm coming on the next day, press the MODE button once to enter the alarm time display mode and then press either the UP or DOWN button until the alarm icon (bell symbol) is disappeared from the display. Press the MODE button once to return to the current clock time display and " ALARM" indicator disappears.
