Meaning and definition of goal and objectives

Goal:

Goal is the end result of the observation and measurable of the objectives to beachieved with in a more or some specific time or the frame. The goal are highlevel statements creation of any service or the organization to provide overallcontent of what the project is trying to achieve in upcoming future.

They are non measurable. They are designed for vague. There is no quantification of what to be achieved. Goal doesnt have any specific time period, quantity.

Objective:

Any activities done or perform for the achievement of the mission thenthat we can define or spell as an objective. And they are the lower levelstatements that describe the specific, tangible products and delivered forthe project will be delivering. It describes what project is trying toachieve. it is a lower statement because it is used to evaluate at the

conclusion of a project to see whether it was achieved or not. It is measurable. They are achieved and realistic. It is time bound. It should refer to the deliverables of the project.

1st goal of Nicor Inc.

The company will increase the satisfaction level for all the customers type.
