What is your booking procedure?

You put in a booking request with appropriate dates, number of people, & choice of villa/apartments for rent.1.We send you our best offer depending on number of days stay2. You reply to our offer asking us to block the villa3.Subject to availability, we block the stay on a tentative basis, asking you to make 100% advance payment into our account, within 5 working days4.Once the appropriate deposit payment is made into Goa Unlimited bank account, please send us the screen shot of the deposit/ transfer details



Are there any additional costs?

• We do not charge any additional fees for electricity, water and housekeeping.

• Any other additional expenses, unless specified in your confirmation voucher, such as food and beverages, telephone, internet charges will be billed to you at actuals.
