Please attach the cope of your passport with all stamp

and visas or other information (except empty pages).

Please attach your Diploma.

Please attach the document that proofs your finances. (310eur for 12 months)

Please attach the document that proofs place of living in Lithuania.

Please attach the document that proofs your insurance in Lithuania.

Click Continue and choose the time for your visit and

makre sure you will bring all original copies of the

ducuments you attached to this form for your

appoitment (Financial Support, Passport, Diploma,

Insurance, Place of living).
