���� Go to the website http://nicca.nic.in. Click on the Support and then

click on the Download Driver.

� Click on the G&D SafeSign Middleware Download [.zip format] for WindowsXP &

Vista + Reader SW(Omnikey1021 & SCR3310)

���� Select the Folder the File has to Saved over your System and the download starts.

� Select the G&D SafeSign Drivers -------� NIC Middleware Safesign Driver” folder

� Double Click on the “SafeSign Middleware User WIN” folder

� Double Click on the application “SafeSign-Identity Client” to execute it

� Select The Language English (United States) and click on the OK button

� The application is being installed over the Computer System. Please wait until installation

is complete.

� The application “SafeSign-Identity Client 2.3 is being installed”, to view the Digital

Signatures.

Installation of Card Reader Driver (SCR3310)

���� To install the Card Reader Driver double click on the G&D SafeSign Driver folder

and then double click on the Reader Drivers.

���� Double click on SCR3310 folder

���� Double Click on the SCR3xxx_V8.29 to execute the Smart Card Reader Application

���� Click on the Next button.

���� Click on the Next button.

���� Enter the User and Organization Name. Select the Radio Button by clicking on the

option “Anyone who uses this Computer” and click on the Next button

���� Click on the Complete option and then click on the Next button

���� Click on the Install button

���� Click on the Finish button and the Card Reader Driver is installed.
