For decades young children have always spent their time in the
outdoors. Whether it was building cubbies in some bushes or making mud pies, being outdoors and in a constant
relationship with nature.
This is what gives so many people a strong connection to and appreciation
of the world around them.
Today less and less of children’s time is spent outdoors and more in front of
the television or on the computer meaning the appreciation of the
upcoming generation for the environment around them is falling
dramatically.
The aim of this brochure is to show young children and their parents ways
to re-connect that special relationship and to show young kids that there are other playgrounds
apart from plastic structures.
