Cut 2—6-1/2" x width of fabric (WOF) strips. Fanfold into 2-5/8" widths. Sub cut into 20—Shape A’s.

Cut 3—2-3/4" x WOF strips. Fanfold into 2-3/4" widths. Sub cut into 40—Shape C’s.

Cut 10—3-1/8" x WOF strips. Fanfold into 3-1/8" widths. Sub cut into 240—Shape D’s.

Cut 4—2-3/4" x WOF strips. Fanfold into 2" widths. Sub cut into 80—Shape E’s.

Cut 4—6" x WOF strips. Fanfold into 6" widths. Sub cut into 20—5" finished square.
White Rotary Cut Cut 2—15-1/2" x WOF strips. Sub cut into 3—15-1/2” squares. Cut squares diagonally twice from corner to corner to cut 12—large side setting triangles.
White Rotary Cut Cut 2—8” squares. Cut squares once from corner to corner into 4—corner setting triangles.
Dark Blue
GO! Strip Cutter-2-1/2” (2” Finished) (55017 or 55014)
Cut 6—2-1/2" x WOF strips for use with binding.
Fat Quarter GO! Chimney Sweep-10” Finished (55222)
Cut 1—6-3/8" x 10-1/2 rectangle from each of 10 fat quarters. Align the 10-1/2” length along the longest (22”) edge of the fat quarter. Fanfold into 2-3/8" widths. Sub cut into 4—shape A’s from each fat quarter.

Cut 1—4-1/2" x 21” rectangle, and 1—4-1/2” x 10.5” rectangle from each of 10 fat quarters. Fanfold into 2-3/8" widths. Sub cut into 12—Shape B’s from each fat quarter.

Lay leftover scraps on die and cut out 4—Shape C’s from each fat quarter.

Sewing Directions: Press all seams open and use ¼" seams, unless otherwise indicated.
Chimney Sweep Block NOTE: Directions will be for one 10" finished block. Make 20 blocks. 1. Sew two white Shape D’s to opposite sides of one blue
Shape C as shown. Press seams open. Make two D/C/D units for row 1.
2. Sew one Shape E to the top of each shape D/C/D unit. To make Shape D/C/D/E units as shown. Press seams open.
3. Sew two white Shape D’s to short sides of one blue shape A as shown. Press seams open. Make two Shape D/A/D units—row 2.
4. Sew two blue Shape B’s to either side of white Shape C. Sew two white Shape D’s to either side of B/C/B unit. Make two Shape D/B/C/B/D units—row 3. Press seams open.
5. Sew two blue Shape B’s to either side of a white shape A, press seams open. Sew the longest side of two white Shape E’s to either side of Shape B/A/B unit. Press seams open. Make one Shape E/B/A/B/E—row 4 unit.
6. Sew rows 1-3 together lining up edges with the next row. Press seams open. Make two sets of rows 1-3.
7. Sew one set of rows 1-3 to the top of row 4, and one set to the bottom of row 4. Press seams open. Make 1—10” Chimney Sweep Block. Repeat with remaining colors.

Four Patch Blocks. NOTE: Directions will be for one 10" finished block. Make 5 blocks. 1. Sew two white 5” finished squares (Shape 1) together as
shown. Press seams open. Make 10—2-patch units.
2. Sew two 2-patch units together as shown to make a 4-patch unit. Make 5—4-patch units.
Assemble the Quilt Top 1. Lay out blocks as shown in quilt diagram. Sew blocks
together into rows. Press seams to one side.
2. Sew rows together. Press seams in opposite directions

Quilting and Finishing 1. Layer batting between quilt top and backing.
2. Pin or baste layers together.
3. Quilt as desired.
4. Add binding, mitering corners.
