CONCLUDING REMARKS

New Cadastral Registration Act has modernizedregulations and implementations of the cadastral systemin The Kingdom.

GPS/GNSS technology has been accommodatedcountrywide for land and cadastral surveys.

A digital system is being developed in order to provideaccessibility to the country’s cadastre records from anyonline location.
